She has been the CEO of AliveMed since January 2020.

She served as a member of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Aviation Company between April 27, 2023 and May 29, 2023.

She held several positions in the General Civil Aviation Authority , including: Assistant Director General for Strategy and International Affairs, Chief Negotiator for the UAE side for Air Transport and Fair Competition, and Director of Strategic Planning and Institutional Excellence.

She also held the position of Director of Customer Service at the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) between 2007 and 2009, Director of Strategic Planning and Corporate Performance at the same authority between 2006 and 2007, and Senior Director of Information Technology at the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) between 1994 and 2005.

She was selected among 70 inspiring women from various aviation fields by the International Civil Aviation Organization.

She holds a Master’s degree in Aviation and Airlines Management in 2017 from Coventry University in the United Kingdom, an MBA in Aviation, Space Sciences and Technology in 2016 from Emirates Aviation College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering in 1992 from the United Arab Emirates University .
