Executive Director of Corporate Identity and Strategic Initiatives Management at Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company “Masdar” since January 2018, United Arab Emirates.

She is the director of both the Zayed Sustainability Prize and the Women’s Forum for Sustainability, Environment and Renewable Energy, which are affiliated with the same company. She also supervises the awareness initiatives launched by the company to qualify young people to be leaders in the field of sustainability.

She has been a member of the Board of Directors of the “ Sharjah American International School ” since 2004.

She served as Vice President for Institutional Development and Public Affairs at the Masdar Institute of Science and Technology between 2015 and 2018, Executive Director for Public Affairs at the same institute between 2011 and 2018, Assistant for Regional Affairs there between 2009 and 2011, and Director of Operations and Strategy at the Sharjah American International School between 2008. And 2009.

She holds a doctorate in higher education administration in 2008 from George Washington University in the United States of America, a master’s degree in information systems technology in 2002, and a bachelor’s degree in management information systems in 2001 from the same university.
