He is the Founder and Director of Magnet Innovate in the United Kingdom since September 2023, a strategic consulting firm serving startups, enterprises, and government entities in the Gulf and the UK.

He has over 7 years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, project and program management, change management, digital transformation, governance, quality, and risk. His work focuses on helping organizations translate strategies into results by aligning people, processes, and technology.

Throughout his career, he has completed over 40 IT projects and conducted more than 30 systems audits. He also has 5 research contributions in the fields of AI governance, technical risk management, financial markets, and the digital economy, including a peer-reviewed study on the phenomenon of "Security Drift" in AI-assisted development in 2026, a study on AI Governance for High-Risk Institutions: A Structural Control Model for Institutional Stability in 2026, another study on tThe impact of the emerging corona virus (COVID-19) on global financial markets in 2020 co-authored with Shireen Tayeh, alongside a book titled "Working Online: An Introduction to Freelancing." in 2023.

In July 2026, he launched the beta version of MSN Forms, a cloud-based platform for questionnaires, statistical analysis, and academic research.

He previously served as Head of Security and Quality Assurance at InfinitiCoin and General Manager of the Al-Mustashar Center for Studies and Training.

He holds an MBA from Al-Azhar University in Gaza and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Al-Quds Open University.
