He has over 30 years of experience working in the real estate sector in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, including completing numerous real estate consultations for diverse and multi-use projects, in cooperation and partnership with international real estate consulting firms.

He served as the Group Director of Human Resources and Administrative Affairs at Al Rushaid Group, overseeing human resources, administrative affairs, and government relations at the group level, its subsidiaries, and international joint ventures in the oil and gas and industrial services sectors, in addition to leading the digital transformation of government affairs management.

He worked as a Real Estate and Asset Management Consultant at the Sharqiyah Development Authority, after having served as the General Manager of Investments and Partnerships, where he managed private sector investment initiatives, structured partnership and investment opportunities, and managed the government land portfolio.

He held the position of Real Estate Development Director at Saad Trading & Financial Services Company, General Manager at Arabian Property Services Group, and Corporate Business Development Manager at Arabian Services Group, where he previously worked as a Real Estate Executive.

He was an independent member of the board of directors of NESAJ Real Estate Residential Compound Company, a member of the board of trustees of the Energy Tech, and served on the audit committee of the same institute.

Hosam provided consulting services for real estate development projects within the commercial, residential, mixed-use, and waterfront asset categories. He also provided real estate consulting services for Aramco's Ajyal Residential Project in the Eastern Province and provided real estate consulting services to companies including Worley Parsons, Olayan, and ThyssenKrupp.

He led consulting and research teams to evaluate real estate assets in various regions of Saudi Arabia, and he also managed the feasibility and leasing study for Al Youm Commercial Tower.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from King Saud University in 1994. In addition, he has obtained a number of professional certificates, including: Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence, Concepts of Artificial Intelligence and its Advanced Applications from the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority SDAIA, Business Analysis, Financial Analysis and Profitability Analysis from the Boston Consulting Group, and Electronic Real Estate Marketing, Brokerage and Real Estate Marketing from the Saudi Real Estate Institute.
