She is the founder and chairperson of " Tafaseel Company " since September 2011, " Salama Healthcare Company " since June 2018, and the chairperson of "Tafaseel Information Technology Solutions Company". She is considered the first Arab entrepreneur to enter the field of call center management and business outsourcing in the Middle East. She served as a member of the Board of Directors of the " Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry ", and held the position of Director of Special Programs at the " Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation ", and Deputy Director of the International Organizations Department at the same ministry, in addition to her work at the " Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development ". She holds a Master's degree in Civil and International Security in 2015 from " Khalifa University ", a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources Management in 2008 from " Zayed University ", and a specialized certificate in Social Entrepreneurship in 2014 from "INSEAD" in Singapore. She also graduated from the "UAE Government Leaders Program" in 2018.
