Executive Director of Business Coverage at the National Infrastructure Fund (Infra), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

AlHujailan was part of the founding team of (Infra) and has held several positions within the Fund. In his current role, he leads the origination, evaluation, and structuring of infrastructure financing opportunities across strategic sectors, including digital infrastructure, data centers and artificial intelligence, sports, including stadium projects for the 2034 FIFA World Cup, airports, and other infrastructure sectors.

AlHujailan brings several years of experience in infrastructure project development and financing, strategic investments, public-private partnerships, transaction structuring, corporate establishment and governance, and project management and execution.

Prior to joining the National Infrastructure Fund, he worked at the Public Investment Fund within the Sector Development and Promising Sectors Portfolio, where he led several strategic projects and initiatives and participated in establishing a number of portfolio companies across the Middle East and North Africa in the energy, water, mining, sports, and aviation sectors.

Earlier in his career, he worked at the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON), where he contributed to the development and implementation of infrastructure and energy projects under the King Abdullah Project for the Development of Waad Al-Shamal Industrial City for Mining Industries. His responsibilities included managing design, implementation, and construction activities, as well as contributing to the completion of the transfer of Waad Al-Shamal City assets between Ma'aden and MODON.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from King Saud University, graduating with First-Class Honors. He has also completed several executive programs in leadership, project and infrastructure finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategy execution at London Business School, Bocconi University, and IE Business School. In addition, he holds the Certificate in Management (CIM) from London Business School and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
