He served as CEO and Board Member of Team One Consulting, and as a consultant at Ernst & Young.

He holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Tulsa in the United States in 2000, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in the same country in 1996.
