She has been the Talent Acquisition Manager at the Emirates Financial Markets Association since May 2022, a trainer and career guidance expert at the Federal Youth Authority since 2019, and a non-resident HR advisor for governments at the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government .

She is also a trainer in the field of human development, talent resource management and self-development, and a consultant in human resource management for institutions and government and private sectors. She is a member of the “Social Media Pioneers Association” and the “Women Support the Nation Association”.

She held the position of Head of Human Resources at Abu Dhabi National Hotels Company between December 2022 and September 2023, Director of Human Resources at the Ministry of Economy between 2018 and 2021, Director of Awareness and Engagement at the Higher Colleges of Technology between December 2017 and July 2018, in addition to her work as Academic Director at the Learn and Create Institute between January 2014 and July 2017.

She also held the position of Head of Training, Talent Management, Performance and Human Resources Unit at the Abu Dhabi Farmers Services Centre between 2011 and 2015, and Director of Career Development, Learning, Emiratisation and Human Resources at Etihad Airways between April 2007 and December 2011.

She holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the Swiss Business School “SBS” in 2020, and a BA in Arabic Language from the United Arab Emirates University in 2004 .
