Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Dr. O Holding Group” since March 2005, United Arab Emirates.

He held the position of Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Military and Security Affairs between 2019 and 2020, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Abu Dhabi Police between 2008 and 2014, and Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Australia between 2015 and 2018. He also served as a member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council between 2008 and 2014.

He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Taif Technical Services Company, Board Member of Abu Dhabi Ship Building Company, and Member of the Higher Committee for Resolving Traffic Problems in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. He also served as Chairman of the Sub-Committee for Demographic Structure in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, the Abu Dhabi Higher Committee for Urban Projects, and the Organizing Committee for the International Exhibition for National Security and Risk Resilience (ISNR Abu Dhabi 2014). He was also an official spokesperson at the International Defense Exhibition (IDEX).

He held several positions in the UAE Armed Forces, including: Head of Logistics between 2004 and 2008, Commander of the UAE Aid Team sent to Kosovo, Coordinator of Mine Action Operations in Lebanon, Commander of the UAE Forces for the Reconstruction of Iraq, and Chairman of the Armed Forces Quality Committee. He also headed the Strategic Planning Division, the Technical Division, and the Maintenance and Electronics Operator in the Air Force and Defense Command, and was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Armed Forces Club.

He holds a PhD in Business and Commerce in 2013 from the University of London, a Master’s degree in National Military Resources Strategy and Policy in 2002 from the National Defense University in the United States of America, another Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management in 1995 from the University of Southwestern in the same country, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 1988 from the University of Paris City in France. He also graduated in 1977 from the Zayed II Military College.
