He has been an associate professor at the College of Business and Economics at the United Arab Emirates University since 2022, and is the head of the Leadership and Organizational Resilience Department at the same college.

He held several positions at the same university, including:

• Director of the Human Capital Research Center.
• Assistant Dean of Student Affairs.
• Assistant Director of the Strategy and Future Department.
• assistant professor.
• Head of the Business Administration Department.
• Teaching assistant for business administration at the College of Management and Economics.

He also served as an expert and acting director of the International Education Support and Scholarships Department at the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, director of the scholarship program at Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC ), chairman of the board of directors of Tamouh Advertising, Exhibitions and Conferences Company , and worked as a teacher at several institutes and schools.

He holds a PhD in Human Resource Development and Organizational Development (2014) from Pennsylvania State University, a Master's degree in Development and Leadership (2003), a Bachelor's degree in Workforce Science in Education and Development (2001) from the same university, and a Certified Professional Expert certificate (2019) from the American Society for Human Resource Management.
