She is also Chair of the Executive Committee of the Special Care Center in Abu Dhabi, Vice Chair of the Kind Hearts Campaign, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Special Olympics UAE , the United Arab Emirates University , and the Board of Directors of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

She is also a founding partner in Makarem Company in the Syrian Arab Republic, where she owns 2,500 shares in the company, representing 25%, valued at 2,500,000 Syrian pounds.

She has over 15 years of experience as a consultant and provider of services to people with special needs.

She won the Charity Woman of the Year Award in 2017 at the Arab Woman Awards.

She holds a Master's degree in Special Education Administration from Boston University in the United States of America in 2007, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Webster University in the same country.
