Her role spearheaded by Irthi’s legacy of developing innovative strategies towards preserving cultural heritage through the creation of profitable re-contextualised traditional crafts. Irthi does this by establishing deeper connections with the local craft community; by scaling local, regional and international partnerships to deliver new projects of sustainable impact; and by continuing to build dynamic relationships beyond the craft world to amplify visibility of the artistic medium.

Her career spans over 10 years, and during her work in the Sharjah Government she led several projects and initiatives.
