She has been the co-founder and chairwoman of the board of directors of the same company since October 2016.

She is an insurance expert and consultant in management, governance, and strategic planning. She has also served as Chair of the Insurance Agencies Committee at the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA ) since April 2020 and as founder of Safa Al-Naeem Investment Company.

She has been a founding partner and management consultant at Madad Management Consulting since January 2020, an investment advisor at Corvision since January 2023, and an investor in several startups.

She has over 17 years of experience in the insurance sector, providing over 1,000 consultations in investment and entrepreneurship. She served as CEO of First Insurance Services Company from 2012 to 2024, as a startup advisor at Delni Business Center from 2016 to 2019, and as call center manager at Beit Insurance Company from 2010 to 2012.

She was honored as the first female chairperson and CEO in the insurance sector, and participated in developing the applied colleges' insurance curricula and the "Tamkeen" program to prepare insurance leaders.

She holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from King Saud University in 2022, a Bachelor's degree from Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University , and CIP and CII certifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute of Great Britain, as well as a certified trainer license from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation in Saudi Arabia.
