She is a visual artist, and an accredited judge for both; "Emirates Women Award" since 2018, and "World Organization for Total Quality" since 2012. She worked as a project manager at the " Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai ", and worked in the Human Resources and Development Department and the evaluation of all institutions and sectors in the Authority between 2010 and 2015. She was the Director of the Training and Performance Department at the " Dubai Culture and Arts Authority ", and a judge for both; "Arab Ideas Award" at the " Dubai Quality Group " during the years 2017 and 2018, and Sports Clubs for the years 2015 and 2016, and participated in the evaluation of the " Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment " for the years 2014 and 2015. She won first place in the “Emirates Women Award” in 2012, and was awarded the title of Promising Expert in the “Ask an Expert” Initiative. She was also selected among the top 7 leading Emirati women in the “Proudly Veiled Initiative”, and won many internal awards from the “ Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai ”, including: Ideal Employee of the Year 2013, Best Employee in Effective Suggestions, and Best Internal Judge.
