Former Executive Director of Dubai Women Establishment , UAE.

She held the position of Secretary-General of the UAE Gender Balance Council between 2015 and 2017, Director of Strategy and Institutional Development at the Dubai Women Establishment, and Vice President of the Dubai Financial Market for Institutional Planning and Project Management.

She held the position of Acting Director of the Strategy and Special Projects Department and a specialist in strategies and special projects at the Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Authority. She also served as a member of the judging committee for the “UAE Technology Challenge”.

During her career, she led many activities, including: the anniversary of the founding of the " Dubai International Financial Centre " in 2006, and the "Creativity" award for media students through team coordination and arbitration sessions, among others. She worked on developing the strategy for the first cartoon "Freej", and developing the work plan for the first edition of the "Dubai International Film Festival". She also contributed to planning and preparing the financial feasibility of the "Children's Nursery" project.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Systems from Zayed University , and is certified by the Governance Institute of the Dubai International Financial Centre Authority and Cranfield School of Management in the United Kingdom.
