He is the chairman of the board of directors of “ Khozam Real Estate Company ”, “ Turki Bin Abdullah Al-Yahya Holding Company ”, and “Rawasi Real Estate Company”, and the chairman of the Real Estate Committee in the “ Riyadh Chamber ”.

He has practical experience in the housing and real estate projects sectors, in addition to the fields of management, marketing and real estate development.

He won first place in the "King Salman Award for Young Entrepreneurs" in the commercial sector in 2012, and was ranked among the "most innovative entrepreneurs in the Kingdom" for the years 2013 and 2014 according to "Forbes Middle East Magazine".

He was included in the "Pioneers in Philanthropy" list for 2025 after announcing his donation of $13,333,333 to the "Jood Eskan Platform".

He holds a PhD in Business Administration in Real Estate Development, and a Master's degree in Real Estate Development.
