She has been the CEO of Obey & Hill since February 2009, an investment partner at Antler since July 2024, a Global Youth Leader for the Young Global Leaders Forum, and a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization.

She hosted the "Women's Power Podcast," served on the Google Women Tech Founders Program, the Bahrain Disabled Sports Federation's Board of Directors at the Ministry of Youth Affairs in Bahrain, and founded Barrel and Drum.

She worked at Startup Bahrain, was a member of the SMEs committee at the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and a speaker at the Global Entrepreneurship Summit. She also founded Sugar Company, was a columnist for Khaleejisak Company, and was the editor-in-chief of Sketchbook Magazine.

She also worked as a fashion assistant at Vogue UK, editor-in-chief of Diaa Magazine, and deputy editor-in-chief of Style Bazaar Magazine.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior and Spatial Design from the University of the Arts London in 2008.
