The company operates a fully equipped factory in Riyadh for aluminum, glass, and metal systems, supporting local content initiatives, the “Made in Saudi” program, and Vision 2030 objectives. BrevArt also implements digital project management through BIM systems to ensure synchronization between design and execution, while applying quality and safety systems aligned with ISO standards to guarantee consistent and reliable delivery.

BrevArt offers four primary categories of integrated services:

General Contracting & Construction: Execution of residential and non-residential buildings, government facilities, educational and healthcare projects, hospitality developments, airport infrastructure works, as well as pre-engineered and prefabricated buildings.

Renovation & Finishing Works: Building rehabilitation, complete interior finishing works, partitions, suspended ceilings, flooring, painting, and detailed decorative elements.

Metal & Glass Fabrication: Custom fabrication of façade systems, aluminum, steel, and stainless-steel structures, production of doors, windows, and skylights, shading systems, handrails, and safety systems.

Installation & Site Services: Comprehensive on-site management and installation of fabricated components, along with maintenance and ongoing technical support to ensure sustained performance.

Brevart has executed a wide range of prominent projects, including works within King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), PIF Tower, luxury palaces, educational facilities, hotels, and government projects.
