A Saudi businessman and founder of technology companies.

He serves as Chairman of the Board for multiple companies, including:

• Barq Financial Company since October 2023.
• Saudi Federation For Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones (SAFCSP) since August 2019.
• Awaed Financial Assets Company.
• Tahaluf Events Company.
• Saudi Cloud Computing Company (SCCC).
• Tuwaiq Academy.
• Three Sixty Degree Marketing Company.

He is also a board member of Tahaluf and the Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST), where he represents the private sector, and has served on the advisory board of MIT Technology Review Arabia since 2018.

He contributed to establishing and building an integrated ecosystem of digital and technology-focused enterprises. He co-founded Saudi Online in 1999, the first internet service provider in the Kingdom, followed by the establishment of Tajseed in 2000, a company that developed e-commerce and content-management solutions.

In 2003, he launched the search engine Deepy, which was documented with a patent later cited by major global companies such as Google, Microsoft, Apple, and Amazon. In 2006, he co-founded Mozat, which grew under his leadership into one of the largest mobile-application developers in East Asia.

He additionally co-founded several technology investment funds, including eWTP Arabia Capital and Seed7, and has contributed to advancing the digital business environment in Saudi Arabia. He brings more than 25 years of experience in information technology and mobile application development.
