He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Imdad Group ”, the Interim CEO of the same company since October 2023, the CEO of “Xpanel Group” since 2021, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Du Point Company”, a member of the Board of Trustees of “ American University in the Emirates ”, “Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University”, and a member of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi National Takaful Company “Takaful ” since November 16, 2023.

He held the position of CEO of Dubai Properties Group , Tecom Investments, Smart City, and General Manager of Microsoft Gulf.

He served as a member of the Board of Directors of: Abu Dhabi National Takaful Company “Takaful” between March 15, 2020 and April 11, 2023, “TECOM Investments”, “ Dubai Properties Group ”, “Dubai Education Council”, “ Bank Muscat ”, “Marvin Investment”, “Axiom Telecom”, “Sheikh Hamdan Smart University”, and “Shuaa Capital”.

He holds a Master’s degree in Economic and Social Development and Public Administration in 1994 from the University of Pittsburgh in the United States of America, a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication in 1992 from Duquesne University in the same country, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Business in 1990 from the same university.
