He is the founder and chairman of the board of directors of " Paris Gallery Group " since 1983, the owner of the "Abdul Qader Al-Sankari Foundation for Humanitarian Works", the chairman of the board of directors of the " Sankari Investment Group ", and the chairman of the board of trustees of the "Humanitarian Aid and Development Association - HAND Organization".

He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the "Syrian Business Council in Dubai and the Northern Emirates".

He traveled to the United Arab Emirates in 1980 and worked as a teacher at the United Arab Emirates University until 1991. He then engaged in business, which included pharmaceutical and medical work, as well as working in the fashion trade, to which he devoted himself. He and his sons owned the "Paris Group for Fashion," which he founded in the UAE, and established branches for it in the Gulf countries, China, and Europe, in addition to the "Sankari Fashion" and "Sankari Investment" groups, which operate in the field of real estate and financial investments.

He was included in the "Pioneers in Philanthropy" list for 2025 after announcing his donation of $40,000,000 to the "Halab Sitt Elkel Campaign".

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Medicine, specializing in Laboratory Medicine.
