Executive Vice President of Billing Services at Dubai Electricity and Water Authority “DEWA” since 2009, United Arab Emirates.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of Mai Dubai.

He held several positions at the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) , namely: Executive Vice President of the Customer Happiness Sector, Senior Director of Corporate Communications and Occupational Health and Safety between 2005 and 2008, Director of Corporate Communications between 2003 and 2005, Deputy Director of Total Quality between 2002 and 2003, and Chairman Information Technology Network between 2001 and 2002, and Head of the Communications Department between 2000 and 2001.

He held several positions in the Emirates Telecommunications Group “Etisalat” , namely: Head of the Projects Department between 1993 and 1995, Head of the Switching and Engineering Transport Department between 1992 and 1993, Senior Switching Engineer between 1987 and 1992, and Maintenance Engineer between 1986 and 1987.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering in 1985 from the University of Miami in the United States of America.
