Acting Secretary General of Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council since September 2024, United Arab Emirates.

He held a number of positions during his career, including: Executive Director of Strategic Affairs at the Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council between February 2020 and September 2024, and Director of Technical Affairs at the Central Testing Laboratory of the same council between 2015 and 2020. He was part of the General Electric team in Houston, Texas, USA. He also held several positions at the company’s headquarters in the Middle East and North Africa, including: Senior Manager of Sales and Turbine Machinery Solutions in 2013, Director of the UAE and Bahrain region between 2011 and 2012, and Director of Commercial Operations for the Southern Gulf region between 2009 and 2011.

Abdullah also held the position of Head of Production and Export Control at the Supreme Petroleum Council between 2006 and 2009, Senior Field Specialist at Schlumberger in Dubai between 2004 and 2006, and Avionics Engineer at Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies between 1999 and 2004.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Electronics Engineering in 2004 from the Higher Colleges of Technology .
