He is the Chairman of the Executive Committee and a member of the Board of Directors of the "MISpay" platform since December 2023, a member of the Board of Directors of the "MIS Connect" platform since December 2023, and of "Excellence Medical Systems Company" since December 2023, and a member of the " Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers " in the United States of America.

He has 25 years of experience in the technical, administrative and business development fields.

He assumed the position of CEO of the "MISpay" platform, the "MIS Connect" platform, the acting CEO of Al-Moammar Information Systems Company "MIS", Chairman of the Board of Directors of " Edarat Communications and Information Technology Company ", and CEO of " Al-Tamayoz Application Solutions for Information Technology Company ".

He was also a member of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Statistics , a member of the Steering Committee for the General Housing and Residence Census Project of the same authority, and a member of the Executive Committee of the Urban Observatory of Riyadh.

He held several positions at the National Information Center, including: Assistant Director General for Technical Affairs, Acting Director General, Deputy Director General, Head of the Planning and Architecture Committee, Head of the Human Resources Committee, Director of the Project Management Office, and Director of a number of projects and programs, in addition to his work as a consultant at Elm Information Security Company .

He obtained a PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 2004 from the University of Wales in Britain, a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Communications Engineering in 1997 from King Saud University , a Bachelor’s degree in the same specialization in 1991 from the same university, a Professional Engineer Certificate from the British Engineering Council, and a Fellowship from the Institution of Engineering and Technology in the United Kingdom.
