He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Riyadh Bank ” since January 2016, “ Assila Investment Company ”, “Amias Holding Company”, “Amias Real Estate Company”, “Shipping and Travel Services Company”, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) .

He has experience in the field of investment, finance, administration and financial analysis.

He held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Dur Hospitality Company ”, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Etihad Etisalat Company “Mobily ” between December 2017 and December 1, 2021. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Mining Company “Maaden” between 2016 and 2020, and he also held the position of CEO of “ Asila Investment Company ” between 2012 and 2019.

He worked as Executive Director of Operations at Jadwa Investment Company , Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arabian Cement Company between 2003 and 2016, National Medical Care Company “Raya” between 2003 and 2014, and Cement Products Industries Company between 2003 and 2009.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of “ Riyadh Bank ” between 2007 and 2013, “Saudi Hotels and Tourist Areas Company” for two periods between 2004 and 2012 and between 1983 and 1993, “Jadwa Investment Company” in 2007, “King Faisal Schools” between 1994 and 2012, “Gulf Tourist Areas Company” between 2000 and 2008, “Riyadh Hotels and Entertainment Company Limited” between 2000 and 2008, “National Chemical Transport Company” between 1990 and 1995, “Tabuk Hotels Company” between 1987 and 1993, and “Saudi National Maritime Transport Company” between 1984 and 1995.

He was the Chairman of the Saudi Construction Contracting Company between 1981 and 2006, and a member of the Contractors Committee in the Riyadh Chamber between 2001 and 2004.

He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Project Management in 1980 from Southern Methodist University in the United States of America, and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering in 1978 from the same university.
