He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Rajhi Cooperative Insurance Company “Al Rajhi Takaful ” since 2015, “ Al Rajhi Holding Group ”, “ Al Rajhi Financial Company ” since 2017, “ Al Farabi Petrochemical Company ” since 2017, “ Al Ajyal Holding Company ”, “Jubail Saudi Arabia for Flooring Textile Solutions Company”, and “Interior and Exterior Flooring Textile Solutions Company Holding Company”.

He has also been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Fursan Travel and Tourism Company ” since 2007, a founding partner in “ Takatuf Al Gharbia Real Estate Development and Investment Company ” with a 5% stake in the company’s capital, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the “Martyrs, Wounded, Prisoners and Missing Persons Fund” since January 6, 2021.

He held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Al-Farabi Yanbu Petrochemical Company”, “Al-Farabi Investment Company”, “Al-Farabi Transformation Industries Company”, “Green Vision Industrial Polythene Company Limited”, “Saudi Carpet Supplies Manufacturing Company “MATEX”, and “Al-Arab Contracting Company” between 2012 and 2017, and was a member of the Board of Directors of the same company.

He also held several positions at Al Rajhi Bank, including: Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors between 2013 and 2014, Member of the Board of Directors between 2012 and 2013, Managing Director between 2008 and 2012, Chief Executive Officer between 2004 and 2012, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank’s branch in Malaysia, Deputy General Manager for Financial Affairs, Deputy General Manager for Investment and External Relations, General Manager, and Deputy General Manager.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1979 from King Abdulaziz University.
