An Emirati expert in government communication.

She is the founder and CEO of the United Nations Institute for Training , the director of government communications at the General Women’s Union , the UAE Goodwill Ambassador to the International Maritime Organization in the United Kingdom since 2019, and a member of the Women’s Committee within the UAE-Saudi Coordination Team at the General Authority for Sports .

She held the position of Government Communications Expert at the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure , International Relations Expert at the same ministry, Director of Government Communications at the Federal Authority for Land and Maritime Transport , and Director of Communications and Marketing at the Dubai Sports Council .

She also chaired the organizing team for the "Dubai International Sports Conference," and was the Director of Customer Service at the " Roads and Transport Authority ," the Director of Communication and Marketing at the same authority, and the Head of Consultants and Professor at " Al Falah University ."

She assumed the position of Head of the Government Communication and Innovation Assessment Team at the "Khalifa Excellence Award", and led the media team for the UAE's file at the "International Maritime Organization", in which the UAE won membership in the organization's council for two consecutive times, and served as a member of the advisory team at " Ajman University of Science and Technology ".

She has over 28 years of experience in media, marketing, customer service, innovation, training, communication, and crisis management, and has presented numerous media research studies.

She authored several books, including: "Cable Television" 2009, "Corporate Government Communication" 2016, and "Optional Motherhood," and co-authored the book "Government Communication - Best Practices" 2017. She also wrote the screenplay for the Emirati documentary film at "Expo Hanover 2000" and "Expo Lisbon 1998," in addition to publishing some poetry collections, such as: "The Lady of the Last Refusal" 2006, and "The Return of Scheherazade" 2007.

She was awarded the title of “Ambassador of Government Communication” in 2019 at the “Sharjah Government Communication Award”, and she has won several other awards, including: the “Gold Stevie Award” for creativity in international communication in 2020, and the “Best Government Employee Award” in 2007 at the “Dubai Government Excellence Program”.

She holds a PhD in Mass Communication with First Class Honors from Cairo University (2004), a Master's degree in Mass Media from the same university (1999), a Master's degree in Sports Management from the American University in the Emirates (2016), and a Knowledge Executive Certificate from Graz University in Austria (2012). She is also a graduate of the Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Program for Government Leaders (2011).
