He has more than 27 years of experience in the field of management, and has completed several military, diplomatic and administrative courses in both the UAE and the United States of America, and has participated in several conferences, including: “The People of Determination Conference in Abu Dhabi” and “The NAFSA Education Conference” in the United States of America. He received a certificate of appreciation from the US Department of Defense, the UAE Ministry of Defense , and a certificate of appreciation from the UAE Ambassador in Washington, in addition to several medals, including the "Good Service Medal for the first and second time", the "Excellent Long Service Medal", and the "Silver Jubilee Commemoration Medal". He holds an MBA in 2022 from Anglia Ruskin University in the United Kingdom, in addition to a Higher Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership in 2021 from Chestnut Education University in the United Kingdom, and a Diploma in Professional Preparation in 1995 from the International Science Applications Company in the United States of America.
