Ambassador Extraordinary for Cybersecurity at the "World Federation of Friends of the United Nations" for the Middle East and North Africa, the Emirates and Oman. He is an Executive Director at " Oman Insurance Company ", a consultant at "Egypt Arab International Academy", and an arbitrator with the rank of judge at the " Dubai Chamber ", " Ras Al Khaimah Chamber ", and " Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry ". He is also a member of several training centers. He is also a member of the "Chartered Insurance Institute" in Britain, "Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property Company" in Jordan, the "Arab International Organization for Dispute Resolution", the "American Business Council in Dubai", the "American Project Management Institute", and the Scientific Committee of the "International Association of Universities" in Turkey. He also supervises several master's and doctoral theses. He served as the Director of Insurance Business at " Oman Insurance Company ". He has 33 years of experience in the insurance and banking sectors. He has many published books and research papers. He was awarded an honorary doctorate from "Cairo University" and the "United Nations Organization". He holds a PhD in Occupational Safety and Health from Eton University in the United States of America, a PhD in International Relations and Political Science from the British International College, a PhD in Human Development from Boston University, a PhD in Commercial Arbitration from the Arab Republic of Egypt, and a Master’s in Total Quality Management from the University of Bedford in the United Kingdom.
