Asma Hassouni has been a News Anchor at the Sharjah Radio and Television Authority since 2017.

Previously, she served as Deputy Director of Sajaya Young Ladies of Sharjah for over 10 years, and She was assigned with so many projects such as working in the Kingdom of Bahrain for 6 months at the Ministry of Youth and Sports Affairs in 2016, and working as the Head of Corporate Communication in Sharjah Child Friendly Office, which was obtained by the UNICEF in 2018.

Asma was involved into so many protocol committees of various events in Sharjah, including: Investing in the Future Conference "IIFMENA" and Women's Economic Empowerment Global Summit "WEEGS". She has worked as Government Relations and Communications Consultant in Sharjah Architecture Triennial.

She began her media journey at the young age of 10 years old  presenting programs on Sharjah TV for seven years.

She holds a Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Sharjah, and graduated with honors from the Higher Colleges of Technology in Sharjah.
