Director General of the Dubai Health Authority since January 24, 2021, United Arab Emirates. He has been a member of the Emirates Genome Program Council since June 15, 2021. He served as Assistant Undersecretary for the Support Services Sector at the Ministry of Health and Community Protection , Executive Director of the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development, and General Director of Commercial and Strategic Development and Marketing at “Majid Al Futtaim Leisure and Entertainment Company” between 2009 and 2013. He also held several positions in the “Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing” between 1995 and 2008, including: Executive Director of Heritage Sites and Events, and a representative of the Director General of the Department. Al Ketbi also held the position of Executive Director of the Dubai Convention Bureau, in addition to his work as Executive Director of the Dubai Cruise Terminal, where he was responsible for marketing Dubai as a cruise hub. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Schiller International University in the United Kingdom. He is also a certified financial auditor and a graduate of the Mohammed bin Rashid Program for Leadership Development in the category of government leaders.
