General Manager of “ AXS Platform ” since February 2016, United Arab Emirates. His responsibilities include providing institutional and governmental services to business partners in the “ Tecom Group ” complexes. He was a member of the Board of Directors of “Dubai Refreshment Company ”. He served as General Manager of the Educational Complex of “ Tecom Group ”, which includes both “ Dubai International Academic City ” and “ Dubai Knowledge Village ” between 2006 and 2016. He also worked as an associate professor and then an assistant professor in “United Arab Emirates University” between 1991 and 2005, and director of its campus development department between 2000 and 2002, and a mechanical engineer in “Dubai Municipality” between 1989 and 1991. He holds a doctorate in mechanical engineering in 1998 from the “University of Miami” in the United States of America, and a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1994 from New York University in the same country, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering in 1989 from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in the United States.
