She held the position of Director of Human Resources at RSA Group in the United Kingdom and Western Europe between 2015 and 2017, Director of Human Resources for Emerging Markets within the same group between 2013 and 2015, Assistant General Manager for Organizational Effectiveness at Commercial Bank of Qatar between 2011 and 2013, in addition to her work as Head of Human Resources within the Commercial Banking Department at Lloyds Banking Group between 2008 and 2011.

She started her career with Standard Bank in South Africa where she held various HR responsibilities between 1985 and 1999.

She has over 31 years of international experience in human resource development, learning and cultural transformation.

She holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University in the United Kingdom, and also participated in the Management Development Program at the University of South Africa Business School.
