Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Swiss Confederation since 2022.

She held many positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation , including: the position of UAE Ambassador to the Netherlands between 2019 and 2022, the UAE Ambassador to Spain between 2008 and 2019, and non-resident ambassador to the Principality of Andorra and the Vatican State between 2010 and 2019.

She worked as a consultant for performance development, management support and thinking in the Department of Planning and Economy in Abu Dhabi . She also held the position of Assistant Resident Representative for Operations at the United Nations Development Fund between 2000 and 2008, and was responsible for information technology at the International Women’s Forum in New York between 2000 and 2008. 2002 and 2007, in addition to her membership in the UAE delegation to the Non-Aligned Summits in 2005 and 2006.

She was awarded the “Order of Civil Merit” by the Kingdom of Spain in 2019 in recognition of her efforts in strengthening bilateral relations between the UAE and Spain.

She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Lausanne Business School, a Master of Science in Computer Management from Saint Louis University in Webminster, Switzerland, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cairo University .
