She is the first Emirati woman to hold a leadership position in the largest arbitration center in the Middle East.

She held several positions in the Dubai Chamber , including: Vice President of the Legal Affairs Sector between 2020 and 2023 , Director of the Legal Services Department between 2008 and 2020, Director of Legal Services between 2003 and 2008, and Legal Researcher between 2001 and 2003.

She has 22 years of experience in the legal field and alternative dispute resolution. She served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Dubai Women Establishment and the Dubai International Arbitration Center . She also held the position of Deputy Director of the Center itself, and was an arbitrator in the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Business Award. “And The Auth Middle East Legal Awards.”

She holds a master’s degree in commercial law from the University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom, and a bachelor’s degree in Sharia and Law from the United Arab Emirates University , in addition to passing the Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Development Program and the Executive Leadership Development Program at the Cranfield School of Management in United kingdom.
