Owner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Al Buhaira Medical Center”, United Arab Emirates. He is an official in the Emirates Consumer Protection Association . He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the same association between 2007 and 2010. He was also a doctor in the UAE Ministry of Health and Community Protection between 1993 and 2008, in addition to his work at the UAE Embassy in the United Kingdom between 1976 and 1993. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery in 1973 from Cairo University.
