A Saudi businesswoman. 

She has been a partner and owner of Shamel Plaza Club and Resort since 2001, Vice Chairman of Rolaco Group, Founding Partner of Family Business Partner since 2019, and Vice Chairman of Kingdom Holding Company since July 4, 2021. 

She was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Kingdom Holding Company as of June 5, 2021. She has also been a member of the Saudi delegation to the International Labor Organization to represent the private sector since 2008, the Executive Committee of the Saudi-French Business Council, and a member of the Middle East Advisory Board at Coutts Bank since 2014 in the United Kingdom. 

She co-founded "ZayElFul Industrial Laundry" in 2015. She served as Vice President of the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry between 2009 and 2016, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the "Majid Development Association" since April 2014 and 2019, and worked as a laboratory technician at the "King Fahd Medical Research Center" between 1990 and 2002. 

She also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the "Saudi General Entertainment Authority" between 2017 and 2021, "Club Med Company" between 2013 and 2015 in France, "Investment Opportunities" in Saudi Arabia between 2012 and 2019, "Khadija bint Khuwailid Center" for Businesswomen between 2005 and 2019, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Charitable Foundation for Orphan Care "Ikhwa", and the "Safat Al-Qudwa Al-Hasna Association". 

She holds a PhD in Public Health and Nutrition in 2003 from King’s College London in the United Kingdom, and a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry in 1989 from King Abdulaziz University.
