She held the position of Director of Strategic Media Affairs at the Government of Dubai Media Office , Executive Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications at the Dubai Development Authority between 2015 and 2017, Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications at the Prime Minister’s Office , and Head of Special Projects at the same entity between 2010 and 2011, and Director of Corporate Communications at the Dubai Women’s Establishment and Buhumaid Group between 2008 and 2010.

She holds a PhD in Total Quality Management in 2022 from Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University , a Master’s in Innovation and Entrepreneurship in 2008 from the Higher Colleges of Technology , and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in 2006 from the same institution.
