Mansoor oversees Digital and IT, HR, and Support Services, alongside his existing duties in Finance and Procurement. This role aims to streamline the finances and support functions of the World Defense Show for optimal efficiency and transparency.

In 2021, Al Qarni joined the World Defense Show as Chief Financial Officer, a year before its successful inaugural event. Reporting directly to the CEO, he was responsible for all aspects of financial and procurement strategy and implementation, leading a shared services team. His expertise ensured the World Defense Show was accurately benchmarked against other global events.

He has also held numerous public sector roles, such as Financial Advisor to the Assistant Minister and General Director of Financial Affairs, and Executive Director General for Finance and Procurement at the G20 Secretariat, which was held under the presidency of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh. In the private sector, he has worked with local and multinational companies across various industries, including banking, telecommunications, oil & gas, and aviation.

Awarded "King Abdulaziz medal" for his contribution during Saudi Arabia’s G20 Presidency. 

He holds an MBA in Accounting from "Troy University in Alabama", USA. and BSc in Accounting from the "King Saud University" in Riyadh.
