He is a member of the Board of Directors of “ Moein Human Resources Company ” and “ Riyadh Food Industries Company ”.

He held the position of Internal Audit Manager at Aljomaih Holding Company between 1996 and 2005, and was a member of the Audit Committee at Riyadh Food Industries Company .

He also worked as an auditor at “Ibrahim Al-Abbasi & Partners Office” in Jordan between 1993 and 1996, and “Abdul Aziz Khalifa Al-Malham Office” between 1989 and 1992.

He has an experience in the field of financial and accounting affairs, auditing and internal review.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Business Administration, from the University of Jordan in 1989, and is a fellow of the Jordanian Association of Certified Public Accountants in 1994, the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants in 2007, and the American Society of Management Accountants in 2003.
