She is a member of the board of directors of the Emirates Marine Sports Federation.

She held several positions in the Sharjah Sports Council , including:

• Director of Strategic Planning and Performance Management.
• Acting Director of Government Communications.
• Director of Support Services Department.
• Vice-Chair of the Governance Committee.

She also held the position of Deputy Director General at the Sharjah Women’s Sports Foundation , and several positions at the Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority, including: Director of the Internal Audit Department, Head of the Events Committee, Vice President of the Women’s Committee, and Member of the Human Resources Committee.

She worked as a senior administrator for personnel and Emiratization affairs at Emirates General Transport and Services Company Emirates Transport, and was the leader of the Pulse of Employees team, and served as a member of the interview committee in the same company.

She holds a Higher Diploma in Business Administration from the Higher Colleges of Technology (2001), a Diploma in Innovation in Government from the University of San Diego in the United States of America, and a Certified Internal Auditor certificate.
