He also held the position of Human Resources Manager at Emirates Defense Industries Company between 2009 and 2010, Etisalat between 1997 and 2009, and Head of English Department at Al Worood Academy between 1995 and 1997. He holds a Master’s degree in Quality Management in 2003 from the University of Wollongong in Dubai, a Master’s degree in English Literature in 1994 from Sivtribai Phule Pune University in India, and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature in 1992 from the same university.
