He has been a Board Member of the Global CEO Club since 2015, Senior Vice President of Mutual Asset Sales and Business Development at ADS Securities since 2015, and Business Development Advisor at the Office of Sheikh Juma Bin Maktoum Bin Juma Al Maktoum.

Mohammed Al-Hakim is the only Arab figure to be a member of the Board of Directors of the “Global CEO Club” worldwide.

During his first term as a member of the Global CEO Club, his efforts focused on enhancing investment flows from around the world to the UAE, especially Dubai, where he was behind the flow of more than $800 million in foreign investments to Dubai. He also led several trade missions composed of members of the Global CEO Club to many markets around the world, which are full of lucrative investment opportunities.

He was also keen to organize visits for VIPs from the CEOs who are members of the “Global CEO Club” from around the world to visit the United Arab Emirates, and to introduce them to the promising commercial and investment opportunities in the UAE markets. He contributed significantly to the transfer of the headquarters of many international companies to the UAE markets from around the world.

He was re-elected as a member of the Board of Directors of the “Global CEO Club”, which is made up of a distinguished group of giant names in the world of finance and business, headed by Warren Buffett, the businessman and most famous American investor in the “New York Stock Exchange” and Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Berkshire Hathaway”, who is the third richest person in the world, Timothy Tim Cook, CEO of “Apple”, Jack Ma, the Chinese businessman and founder of “Alibaba Group”, and Rocky Feller, the godfather of the oil industry and its initiator, in addition to prominent names in the world of trade and economics. The “Global CEO Club” also includes in its membership the most influential CEOs in the world who head major global companies in various sectors, and from different regions of the world.

He worked as a Senior Associate at ADS Securities during 2015, Head of Business Development at Etihad Airways between 2012 and 2015, Director of Financial Institutions Sales at Standard Chartered between 2008 and 2012, Assistant General Manager at Commonwealth Bank between 2006 and 2007, and trained at the Prime Minister’s Office in Australia between 2005 and 2006.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Canadian University in Dubai in 2012, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Griffith University in Australia in 2009.
