Minister of State for Financial Affairs since September 25, 2021, United Arab Emirates.

He has been Chairman of the Development Committee of the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund since October 15, 2022, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Emirates NBD and Emirates Islamic Bank .

He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (du) between March 2018 and September 2021, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Emaar Malls between 2017 and 2021. He also served as a member of the Supervisory Board of Maroc Telecom , and a member of the Board of Directors of Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily ), Dubai Refreshments Company , Dubai Real Estate Corporation , Emirates Investment Authority , and Emirates Telecommunications Corporation (Etisalat) .

He has professional experience in the banking, finance, real estate and investment sectors.

He holds an MBA in International Business Administration from Webster University in Switzerland.
