He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Eastern Province Cement Company since 2019, and a member of the Saudi Shura Council since October 2020. He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of the Dhahran International Exhibitions Company since 2016, the National Laboratories Company Limited since 2009, and the Specialized Technologies Company for Industrial Equipment (STESCO).

He held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Eastern Province Cement Company , and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Eastern Chamber between 2014 and 2017, after being a member of it between 2006 and 2012.

He also served as a member of the Advisory Board of the Dammam Community College between 2017 and 2021, the Social Affairs, Family and Youth Committee of the Saudi Shura Council, the Board of Directors of the Saudi Marketing Company " Farm Markets " between 2014 and 2020, the Saudi Cancer Society between 2017 and 2019, the Saudi Food and Drug Authority between 2014 and 2016, and the Saudi Chambers Council between 2010 and 2013.

He co-founded Advanced Technology Systems Co., Ltd.

He was ranked among the “Most Powerful Healthcare Leaders in the Middle East” for 2023 by Forbes Middle East .

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 2008 from the American University of Beirut , and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance in 1994 from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals .
