Senior Vice President and Head of Operations and Support at Al Baraka Group since January 2, 2024, Kingdom of Bahrain.

He served as a member of the Audit Committee of “ Itqan Capital Company ” in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and as a member of the Board of Directors of the same company between 2018 and 2021.

He has over 22 years of experience in the Islamic and investment banking sector as well as the auditing field. During his career, he held several positions in Al Baraka Group, including:

• Senior Vice President and Head of Special Projects in the Office of the Group CEO between 2022 and 2024.
• Senior Vice President and Head of Organizational Development and Special Projects at the Group CEO Office between 2018 and 2022.
• Senior Vice President and Head of Special Projects and Development in the Finance Department between 2010 and 2014.
• Vice President and Head of Special Projects and Development in the Finance Department between 2010 and 2014.
• Assistant Vice President and Financial Controller between January and August 2007.
• Assistant Director in the Financial Control Department between 2005 and 2007.

He held the position of Assistant Vice President in the Financial Control Department at “Seera Investment Bank” between 2007 and 2010, and before that he worked in the Audit and Consulting Department at “KPMG” between 2002 and 2005.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Bahrain in 2002, a Certified Public Accountant from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and a Certified Islamic Public Accountant from the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI).
