He has been the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and a member of the Executive Committee of the Saudi Chemical Company since January 2019, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Home Finance Company “ Sahl ” since 2021, and a member of the Board of Directors of both “ Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group ” and “ Al-Arabi Financial Company ”.

He has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Chemical Company since 2013, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Home Finance Company “Sahl” since 2010.

He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Arabi Heavy Equipment Rental Company “Ahl ” between 2010 and 2021, and Executive Vice President and Head of Retail Banking and Private Banking Services for Individuals at “Arab National Bank”, and was a member of the Board of Directors of “Malath Insurance Company” between 2010 and 2017, “Saudi Airlines Engineering and Aerospace Industries Company” between 2014 and 2016, and “Tabuk Cement Company” between 2005 and 2013.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1983 from San Jose State University in the United States of America.
