Al Ketbi has over 20 years of experience in leadership and institutional development in both the public and private sectors.

Throughout his career, he has held several positions in strategic government institutions, including: Director of Leadership Programs at the Mohammed bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development , Director of the UAE Government Leadership Program at the Prime Minister's Office, Director of Learning and Development at the Ministry of Health and Community Protection. In addition to his work as a diplomat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

He holds a Master's degree in International Business Law from Paris Panthéon-Assas University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management from Colorado Technical University in the United States of America.
