Former CEO of Rotana Hotel Management Company, United Arab Emirates.

Omar joined Rotana Hotel Management Company in 1998, where he served as Resident Manager at Al Bustan Rotana Hotel in Dubai. He progressed within the company to the position of Regional Vice President, then Senior Vice President of Operations, then Executive Vice President, and finally to the position of CEO of the company.

He has over 35 years of experience, during which he worked in several hotels, including: the Hilton Abu Dhabi Hote , the Hilton Kensington London Hotel, and the Shangri-La Hotels in Kuala Lumpur.

Qaddouri received the Best CEO in the Hospitality Sector Award for 2017 from CEO Middle East Magazine.

He obtained a diploma in hotel management from Les Roches Hotel School in Switzerland in 1986.
