Director General of the Ajman Transport Authority since April 2021, United Arab Emirates.

He is a member of each of the following:

• The National Committee of the World Road Association PIARC.
• The National Committee for the Development of Integrated Passenger Transport Services at the Federal Transport Authority for Land and Maritime.
• The Smart, Advanced and Environmentally Friendly Transportation Solutions Team at the Integrated Transportation Center.
• The Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Team at the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority.

At the beginning of his career, Lootah worked as an accountant in the international operations department of Emirates Post, before moving to the Ajman Transport Authority, where he held a number of positions in the authority, including: Financial and Administrative Director, and Executive Director of the Operations Sector.

He obtained a Master of Business Administration from the Canadian University Dubai in 2011, a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from Ajman University in 2009, in addition to obtaining a diploma in Financial and Banking Services from the Higher Colleges of Technology in 2005.
